Top marks for Davicon

Mezzanine floor manufacturer, Davicon, has been rated highly for its customer service, following an in-depth customer satisfaction survey of its Partners, Distributors and Associates.

Feedback is reported to have been particularly favourable on product quality, engineering & technical skill and professionalism.

Commenting, Peter Harris, Davicon's sales manager, said: "We are delighted by the results of the survey which give us high satisfaction levels and confirm important areas where we continue to improve.

"We have made great strides in the area of health and safety, and are currently working closely with the HSE to approve a method of operation which will be used as standard for each and every mezzanine floor installation with regard to the Working at Height regulations."
