Spaceway acts quickly

When Universal Engineering was gazumped on a new facility for its Line Scan Division and had to find alternative premises, Spaceway South redesigned and fitted out a large industrial building in just six weeks. The project was completed in a third of the original time allocated, enabling Universal to complete its MoD contracts on time.

Universal Engineering's Line Scan Division provides a total document management solution. The 20,000ft2 premises have now been fitted out to provide new administrative offices, meeting rooms, store and open plan offices equipped with tea points, toilets and dark rooms. To make maximum use of the area, Spaceway has installed a mezzanine floor.
