Roller coat technology new at FDL

FDL Packaging says it has invested in the very latest roller coating technology to offer its customers the very highest quality external drum coatings.

With a wide variety of colours available, the latest FDL service is able to colour-code drums according to corporate colours or to identify different product ranges, a clear lacquer can also be applied to give the drums a semi gloss finish. As an additional advantage, once coated, drums have greater levels of atmospheric moisture resistance.

The whole process takes minutes per drum and fibre drums of any size can be treated. Once treated, the drums can then have screen printed company logos, contents data or hazardous contents warnings printed on them.
