Adjustable pallet racking supplied
April 1st 2006 Unique Storage specified a warehouse storage system from Planned Storage Systems (PSS) for a new complex it was fitting out for builder's merchant, Selco Builders Warehouse. PSS was able to provide Unique Storage with the quality products and flexible approach needed to meet the demands of equipping a modern, self-service warehouse environment.
Being for a self-selection environment, it was essential that the selected warehouse storage system met stringent health and safety regulations by being SEMA (Storage Equipment Manufacturers Association) compliant. It also needed to accommodate a diverse range of products, so PSS specified its Stronglock adjustable pallet racking which has been utilised to create 650 pallet locations for storage of heavyside products. PSS also supplied heavy-duty galvanised racking for use outdoors to store aggregates, paving and fencing materials.
Such was the success of the installation that two months later PSS was chosen by Unique Storage to supply its Stronglock adjustable pallet racking for a mirror image installation at another new Selco Builders Warehouse. More articles from Planned Storage Systems Ltd: |
