Interpack boost for Autobox August 1st 2005 Short run box systems manufacturer, Autobox, came away from this year’s Interpack exhibition with confirmed orders for its Generation 7 range machines into Germany, Norway, Israel, Egypt and the Netherlands.
With the ability to change to a completely different style and size of box in seconds, visitors to Autobox’s stand were able to see their own boxes being made on the stand whilst they were waiting – from small boxes to large wraps or trays.
Autobox believes its equipment has always been renowned for its ease of use and quick set-up to produce short-runs of corrugated boxes. The company has now enhanced its offering by introducing state-of-the-art control technology. The result, says Autobox, is a range of boxmaking machinery, based on proven mechanical technology, which is now even easier to use, has increased functionality, and is faster and more accurate.
With a high number of prospective orders also coming out of Interpack, sales manager, Simon Needham, is understandably pleased.
