Automatic pallet wrappers

Oy M. Haloila has supplied nine Octopus machines for wrapping pallets of printed magazines to Polestar’s new Sheffield site. Eight of the machines are Octopus Compact machines which complete the wrapping cycle by securing the film tail under the last wraps with no heat sealing device.

All these machines are linked to automatic palletisers with conveyors supplied by Haloila. The remaining machine is an original Octopus machine with integrated top sheet applicator for pallets requiring top cover protection.

The conveyor system, supplied by Haloila, is linked to an automatic palletiser discharge system and there is also a possibility of feeding other pallets into the system by hand truck without any pit required.
