Toyota Industrial Equipment has launched a brand new generation of low-level order pickers designed to ensure safer and more productive order picking.

Order picking can be extremely labour and personnel intensive, making productivity and safety particularly important issues for workers in this environment.

Desirable ergonomic features include a 130mm step-in height and optional sideways adjustable steering makes the 7LOP an ergonomic as well as safe solution in order picking environments.

Comprising four models, the range features technologies which significantly improve productivity, safety and comfort.

An ergonomic tiller head and fly-by-wire steering helps achieve improved steering, which enables drivers to manoeuvre safely and easily, ensuring downtime is kept to a minimum.

Safety is also enhanced by automatic speed reduction when cornering.
