Top of the lock n' pops April 1st 2007 Limpet Tapes will show off its LOCK n' POP pallet stabilisation system on stand 5717.
With the cost of stretchwrap increasing due to high oil prices, Limpet says LOCK n' POP has become an even cheaper alternative with customers benefitting from no price increase at all last year.
In addition to cost savings, the company claims LOCK n' POP cannot be beaten for green credentials: Stretching from stretchwrap to LOCK n' POP can reduce the amount of CO2 generated by over 99% as well as reducing the amount of oil required by over 95%, says Limpet. Unitising without wraps, straps or hot glues, LOCK n' POP can significantly increase pallet stability whilst reducing packaging waste and in some instances, eliminate it altogether. FDA approved, it allows partial pallet de-stacking without affecting the stability of the load. More articles from Limpet Tapes Limited: |
