Toyota’s power boost
August 1st 2005 Electricity distribution firm, Western Power Distribution, has received a power boost from M&W Toyota Handling in the form of five and seven tonne diesel trucks.
Delivering electricity to 2.5 million customers in South West England and South and West Wales, WPD needs the high performance trucks to transport large reels of cable around its Exeter and Barnstable depots.
WPD Stores Manager, Jim Kettle, says that by working in partnership with M&W, the company is assured of high quality trucks and effective, tailored aftercare.
