Damage costs reduced by 80%

Davis Derbys TruckLOG System was recently specified for the fleet of 16 trucks at Britvics Leeds site. The system enables site management to easily assess the use and handling of the fleet and save substantial costs on service and repair.

TruckLOG monitors, measures and controls events in key areas and provides essential information for effective fleet management. It focuses on safety, utilisation and downtime, together with damage and abuse.

Since installing the system in November 2002, Britvic reports repairs to its fleet costing less than 300 a saving of around 80% on previous figures. This is attributed to drivers becoming more accountable for their actions and improving driving standards.
