Handling and storage equipment synergy
April 1st 2004 Locators has secured a contract to provide Scottish & Southern Energys Perth distribution centre with an improved, cost effective storage and handling facility. As an integrated handling and storage provider, Locators is able to ensure synergy between the storage and handling equipment.
Existing narrow aisle stackers were replaced by two new Manitou DPV articulated counterbalance trucks, which have not only negated the need for guidance systems, but are also capable of working inside and out to support the activities of two new Toyota gas trucks.
