Compact Palletcap PLUS

A new version of Palletcap, the bright yellow cone that warns lift truck drivers not to stack on top of vulnerable loads, is now available.

Developed as a result of customer feedback, Palletcap PLUS is similar to the original version, but is suitable for applications where there is not enough clearance to allow for the full-height version, which is 32cm high.

With Palletcap PLUS, users can quickly and easily reduce the height of the cone by folding it down from 32cm to 20cm. This will also help reduce transport, shipping and storage costs.

The new product will be particularly useful where clearance is limited on double-deck trailers or racking. It will also be advantageous when used in exporting, as sea and air freight companies charge by the cubic metre.

In an example of how businesses can benefit from using Palletcap, stock damage at Frederick Miller is reported to have been reduced by as much as 80% since the company invested in the product.
