Jungheinrich EKX launch
April 1st 2007

"The EKX 513-515 high rack stacker brings to the market a similar level of innovation as we did 10 years ago with the introduction of AC technology," said Jungheinrich's Sebastian Riedmaier at the press launch of the its latest warehouse truck in Moosberg, Germany.

A bold claim, perhaps, but the EKX comes with a long list of innovative new features to back it up, based around improved ergonomics, performance and safety with reduced lifecycle costs. The company says it's the first truck on the market with a TÜV SIL 2 safety rating, and the first with an RFID control option.

See this issue's forklift supplement for details.
