Cracking down on plant theft

Pirtek, provider of emergency hydraulic hose replacement services has been appointed as an approved fitter and the only independent supplier of the new Datatag Security System.

The Datatag system is approved for use by the Construction Equipment Security and Registration Scheme (CESAR) and is endorsed by the Plant Theft Action Group and the Construction Equipment Association.

Using Datatag's proven electronic identification and secure database system, the initiative is set to become the industry standard.
