Performance and efficiency from new reach truck

With its new generation of AC reach trucks, Crown claims to have achieved the highest levels of performance combined with the lowest levels of energy consumption. In addition, the ESR 4500 Series also offers operator comfort, precise control, safety and reliability.

According to Crown, the ESR 4500 moves up to 18% more pallets than other trucks in its class, as well as out performing them in terms of acceleration and lift/lower speed.

Efficiency is also enhanced by the braking system, which feeds energy back into the battery during braking, coasting and reverse travel plugging. All-wheel braking gives operator control and confidence, particularly when placing loads at height.

The truck incorporates Crowns SoftStop system, which reduces lift speed 300mm before the maximum fork height is reached, avoiding an abrupt stop at the end of the lift stroke. The SoftLift system allows a smooth start, which is particularly suitable for delicate loads.

The ergonomically designed cab features fingertip control levers.

Maintenance is eased thanks to Crowns Access 1-2-3 technology. This provides immediate access to critical information on any fault condition without the need for a handset or laptop. As well as reducing service time, this facilitates troubleshooting.
