Bendi beats world lifting height record
February 1st 2005

Translift Bendi says two articulated forklifts ordered for Great Bear Distribution, of South Kirby, will break the world record for articulated fork truck lift heights.

Until the Great Bear order, the highest lift was 11m, according to Bendi.

However, this latest order will require 400kg loads to be raised to 12.5m – a full 1.5m higher than any competing articulated forklift, according to Bendi.

The company says the Bendi was chosen due to its mast regidity, versatility and fast speed, which will help Great Bear future proof its business.
