Precision small item counting

The Maxell Europe manufacturing plant in Telford has improved counting accuracy with the installation of a new weighing system from Mettler Toledo.

A high precision system to count all products quickly and accurately was needed. As some components weigh just 0.04g, Mettler suggested a combination of platform scale, balance and software.

Designed for precision, the Viper MonoBloc offers a combination of ruggedness, operational ease and accuracy. Helping to maximise productivity and accuracy, the MonoBloc cell is available as a weighing or counting scale with three platform sizes and five weighing ranges from 1.5 to 35kg.
