Developed for high humidity environments

Easiweigh, part of the GSH Group, has launched a new check weigher specially developed for environments with high humidity levels such as the fresh and frozen food sector.

The new check weigher has been developed to ensure products exactly match the specified weights required on the production line, for guaranteed accuracy and to prevent discrepancies. It operates at speeds of up to 300 products per minute and can achieve -/+ 0.3g accuracy levels.

The weigher can be applied to an end-of-line process or integrated within existing packaging or bagging operations.

Produce can be checkweighed in its packaging (bags, trays or cartons) or without packaging, due to the unique design characteristics that allow total sanitation.

For complete flexibility Easiweigh offers a range of check weighers for use within difficult environments such as high humidity; for use with particularly high or low speed production lines; or even to handle products of obscure shapes or large sizes such as crates or cardboard boxes.

The Easiweigh check weighers benefit from a graphical display panel for ease of operation where data can be managed, printed and speeds can be adjusted.
