New imager with integrated aimer
October 1st 2004 Earlier this year, HHP launched the Imageteam 5800 the first industrial class reader to incorporate the companys Adaptus imaging technology. This is now available with an integrated aimer beam.
The new aimer beam makes the targeting of barcode symbols both fast and simple. In bright light and long-distance reading applications, it provides faster decoding and a longer reading range than standard laser
scanners. It is more than six times faster than moving beam laser scanners, with an operating speed of 270 scans and decodes per second.
Like all HHPs imagers, the IT5800 is durable, with a shock absorbent moulding and no moving parts, making it suitable for demanding work environments such as package sorting/tracking and shipping/receiving. More articles from Hand Held Products (UK) Ltd: |
