The latest pallet labelling system from Cobalt IS offers a high speed solution for barcode and RFID labelling to EAN and epcglobal standards.

Designed to perform unattended in challenging environments, the system has extensive self-checking and correction routines.

Labels are verified and validated before and after application, with automatic reject, reprint and reapply functions to ensure no pallet is ever poorly identified.

As the labeller prints/ encodes it repositions to apply, optimising operational speed. Achieving up to 120 moving pallets per hour, a single labeller can handle pallet feed from multiple lines.

A self-correction function automatically allows three attempts at reprinting or recoding before an error condition is indicated. The system can be integrated with external starting, stopping and upstream communication mechanisms.
