Manufacturer of RFID solutions for access control and identification applications, deister electronic is simplifying automatic vehicle identification (AVI) with its TranSpeed range of products.

TranSpeed provides secure and convenient hands-free positive automatic vehicle identification for a wide range of vehicles, from cars and lorries to trams and trains.

Based on proven ultra-low power microwave technology, TranSpeed AVI solutions feature long semi-active tags which are readable from a distance of up to eight metres.

The system is simple to install and gives a highly controlled zone, allowing multiple readers to be used in the same area which is ideal for identfiying multiple lanes of traffic, or allowing for bi-directional detection.
