Used mainly in the United States, RSS is the latest barcode type for space constrained identification from EAN International and the Uniform Code Council Inc.
RSS barcodes have been specifically developed to solve problems in the grocery, cosmetic and healthcare industries where items are too small to allow for older barcode symbologies.
