Flow-through merger with WMS

Catalyst, provider of supply chain execution equipment, has introduced CatalystCommand 9.1, an open technology solution that features browser independence.

It offers functional upgrades, including a merger of the warehouse management system, and flow-through products, vendor quality management enhancements, improved yard management, lean warehousing capabilities and new encompassing mapping to SAP R/3.

The company claims to be the first SCE supplier to offer both flow-through functionality and traditional WMS features in one system. Flow-through provides the capability to receive product and send it to shipping without it being stored or touched by human hands.
