Rack safety in numbers

Storage Equipment Safety Service (SESS) has joined forces with RackCare to provide a racking safety and management service.

The use of warehouse racking places a number of legal obligations on the operator to maintain and use the equipment in a safe manner. Damage to racking can lead to structural failure, and the consequential collapse may result in injury, loss of life and or substantial cost through damage to goods and property.

The RackCare system uses the latest web-based technologies to assist the user to record all of their own racking inspections, which then gives instant real time reporting of the status of their racking.

The RackCare system manages the isolation of unsafe locations and their allocation to repair.
