New head of logistics for Advanced Supply Chain
January 1st 2012 Advanced Supply Chain, the UKbased
transport, logistics and
distribution company, has
appointed Kevin Townend as head
of logistics.
Joining from the executive board
of DHL's Fashion business where
his clients included Primark,
Sainsburys and Tesco, he is now
responsible for supporting
Advanced Supply Chain's strategy
for growth, facilitating the
forecasted rise in turnover from £25
million to £35 million in 2012.
He will direct the company's
bespoke logistics propositions,
managing the continued growth of
in-house technology in order to
consolidate the business' existing
operational excellence and
outstanding customer service. |
