New pallet wrapping range

Jemac Packaging has introduced a new family of Matco Pallet Wrapping machines into the UK. The machines range from the basic A100 model, which provides simple operation at an economical price, through the A400 with driven power pre-stretch, to the top of the range A700 with a super low turntable eliminating the need to push heavy pallets up a ramp. Boasting low maintenance requirements, the wrappers have a capacity of up to 25 pallets per hour and can help resolve health and safety issues associated with the wrapping process.

The Matco machines have been chosen for their strength and reliability and are backed up by Jemac's own service engineers, who have been fully trained by the manufacturers.

Available with short lead times, the new range includes features such as touch control, easy film feeding and an automatic film cutting device.

Jemac has a fully operational showroom which enables customers to see the machines in action and to trial before purchase.

Free on-site demonstrations can be arranged for some machines without any obligation.

Fast payback periods for the machines are possible through reductions in labour and in the amount of film needed.
