Stainless steel collapsible pallets

Product protection, long life and durability are offered by a new generation of collapsible pallets constructed from a low cost stainless steel.

At least two leading pallet makers are using Cromweld Steels high performance 3CR12 in the manufacture of collapsible pallets. A typical collapsible pallet may be dismantled into separate pieces or folded in order to save storage space.

Such pallets made from traditional carbon steel can be susceptible to corrosion and wear. Cromweld believes these problems can be overcome using 3CR12 to provide a practical and economical solution.

As well as withstanding years of repeated wear and handling, 3CR12 offers high levels of protection, replacing other costlier forms of transport packaging.
