Packing for pots cut costs

SCA Packaging's Industrial Division has devised a new way of packing and protecting paint pots and lids during distribution which it says provides customer benefits throughout the supply chain.

Distributing in the UK and abroad meant the customer was losing traditional metal stillages and conventional corrugates packs to export customers, so SCA devised heavy duty corrugated packs as a cost effective single trip solution to the issue of lost stillages. As they are lightweight, handling is also improved.
