April 1st 2007 When book wholesaler Bertram Books streamlined its picking and packing line recently, Easypack's Cassette was selected to fill top voids in new standardsize cartons. With 1200+ orders dispatched per day and rising, the newly installed conveyor sortation system is starting to show significant efficiencies in labour and time. Easypack's design team adapted over-conveyor frames for the five Cassette systems to allow packers quick and easy access to airpillow packaging in a contained area. Packaging materials buyer Mark Sullivan commented: "We like the Cassette as it's easy to use, straight into the box void fill.
