Improved transit packaging

Kayserberg Plastics has launched two new packaging solutions: Akyelec boxes, which protect electronics assemblies against ESD damage and; a version of Uni-Pak with return collar that makes it self contained during empty storage and transit. Akyelec boxes are highly suitable for the storage and transport of assemblies, sub assemblies, chassis parts and even complete products.

They can be supplied complete with fittings, manufactured in Akyelec or from foam materials with the same electrical properties.

Uni-Pak, the company’s Unit Load Container system, is now available with fixed return collars that turn the pallet base, lid and sleeve system into a self-contained unit for economical and efficient empty storage and transit. The sleeve and internal fittings can now be folded down and locked within the dimensions of the dismantled Uni-Pak.
