Environmentally sound reusable packaging

CPP Industrial Packaging has developed the Wirepal Pallet System with MTM.

Manufactured from bright, hard drawn mild steel wire, coated in sealed trivalent zinc, the Wirepal is suitable for use within the pharmaceutical and food industries. Various grades of steel are available to suit particular applications.

Wirepal Pallet is currently available in two standard sizes 1200x1000mm and 1200x800mm but can also be manufactured to suit customers' exact needs.

A sleeve, base and lid, manufactured from a choice of plastic materials ranging from twin-wall Polypropylene to foamed Polypropylene, can easily be fitted to the Wirepal – giving the customer a low cost, robust and durable reusable system.

For the return journey it is simply folded down to an overall height of 195mm irrespective of the height of the sleeve resulting in reduced transport costs.
