Discreet damage deterrent
August 1st 2007

Lamerholm has launched its new range of ShockWatch Clips, designed specifically for companies who wish to use a damage deterrent solution on smaller products. The Mini-Clips measure 36mm x 13mm x 3mm, and can be mounted directly onto or even inside a product to indicate when an impact has occurred. This new range of Mini-Clips is suitable for handheld products, particularly within the hire industry.

Using a state-ofthe- art mechanism, the clear tube on the clip turns red when activated, this cannot be reversed. The ShockWatch Mini-Clips are self-adhesive and can be stuck onto any part of the product. They can be used to monitor poor handling and abuse at every stage of the product lifecycle from manufacture, in transit and even when being used by the customer. The ShockWatch Mini-Clips are available in a wide range of shock levels, from 10g up to 150g, to meet specific requirements and enable cost and time savings throughout companies. By using the Mini-Clips to monitor how users are handling products both service calls and warranty abuse may be reduced.
