Cardboard alternative

PalletMat from BPI Packaging Services offers a cost effective, moisture-proof alternative to cardboard sheets in stacking, separating and protecting goods on pallets.

There are three grades of the durable system: Base a blue, waterproof, non-slip sheet to go directly on the pallet; Interleaf clear separate protective layers between goods; and Topsheet a protective drape to go over the entire pallet load.

As PalletMat is plastic, it provides an effective isolating membrane. It is hygienic and there are no fibres to contaminate goods.

The plastic sheets are also said to be six times lighter and a tenth of the volume of cardboard to ship and store.

Supplied in ready perforated reels, standard sizes of 1000 x 12000mm and 1000 x 800mm are available.
