Shock diagnostic tool

Lamerholm is a costeffective
shock diagnostic
tool for packaging
engineers, distribution
analysts, product designers
and manufacturing
engineers.
Designed for determining
package sensitivity during
drop testing, it is based on
ShockWatch labels that
provide a cost-effective
damage deterrent solution
when shipping goods.
The device comprises six tubes, each filled with a red
liquid held in suspension.
When the tube is subjected
to an impact exceeding the
specified G-level, the shock
disrupts the surface tension
of the liquid, releasing the
highly visible red dye into
the length of the tube.
In the Multi-G Clip, each
tube has a different
sensitivity, 25G, 50G, 75G,
as standard and engineers
are able to see at a glance
which sensitivity has been
triggered.
