Deterrent to damage
April 1st 2008

Since using Lamerholm's ShockWatch labels, International Safety Components has seen fewer safety harness buckles returned due to damage.

Previously, when the securely packaged anodised aluminium buckles reached their destination, they were scratched and dented.

The company contacted Lamerholm, supplier of ShockWatch damage deterrent labels. ShockWatch Impact Indicators help companies check whether consignments are being exposed to excessively rough handling or sudden, damaging impacts.

The labels are selfadhesive, highly visible and show when a package has been subjected to a force over and above normal movement or roadshock.
