Betting shops cut their pay-outs October 1st 2004 The Great Western Packaging Company is in winning form after producing a special packaging solution for protecting computer equipment bound for betting shops.
The design uses the companys recyclable Corrispring cushioning which has helped Andover-based Alphameric Retail achieve a 20% reduction in packaging costs and contributed to faster packing times as each carton is delivered fully assembled.
Corrispring is a durable material suitable for protecting a wide range of fragile components.
Alan Pyzer, Alphameric Retails quality manager, says Great Westerns Corrispring design fitted the bill as we were keen to find an alternative to polyethylene foam that was environmentally friendly, economical and effective.
