Easy to install fire sounders August 1st 2004 Thanks to an innovative mounting base, Klaxon Signals new alarm sounders are faster to install and easier to maintain.
Dispensing with the need for locking screws, Sonos sounders and sounder beacons use TimeSaver bases from sister company Apollo Fire Detectors. Heads are simply locked on to the base with a twist-and-click action, allowing fitting or removal at any time as the base is the only component that needs any wiring.
As cabling requirement is reduced, commissioning time and costs are also less.
Although tone and volume can be preset, Sonos allows individual adjustment for installation where precise local control is required. The range provides 32 distinct alarm tones, with outputs up to 1100dBA at one metre, depending on tone. More articles from Klaxon Signals Limited: |
