CCTV for safe pallet handling

Supplier of CCTV systems for use in materials handling applications, Vision Techniques has recently improved the safe handling of warehouse pallets at Argos distribution depots with the installation of the VT68EM mobile colour CCTV system on the extensive fleet of high reach forklift trucks.

With the storage of goods up to 11.5m high, the colour system adopted by Argos enables maximum warehouse storage capacity helping truck operators to pick pallets safely at height. The camera helps prevent damage to the pallet, the product and the racking.

The Vision Techniques system can be fitted to any forklift truck with either Kevlar strengthened mast routed cabling or with a cable reel system and comes complete with a purpose manufactured polyurethane moulded monitor bracket to absorb any shock.
